I was using my computer, playing games, using Chrome, etc. But then suddenly it freezes. I turn my computer off and then I turn it back on. It stays on the TOSHIBA screen for a bit, then it goes to black. It then shows "Checking Media...". It then says " Check Media Fail No Bootable Disk Please Restart System". I tried everything I have found, but none of them seem to work. I had the computer for about 3 or 4 years. Is there anyway I could fix this? My computer model is Satellite C855D-S5320.

It says none. What does that mean? I think it crashed because it was processing too much at once, even though I only had three programs opened, Notepad, Chrome, and File Explorer.

What do you mean by that? Do you mean another hard drive? Because if you do mean that, I sadly don't have one. Will it help if I remove the hard drive and then reinsert it?

I tried, but it's not working. Perhaps there is dust in the ports? If there is dust in the ports, perhaps it came from the cooling fan?

OK. There was no viruses in the computer, and there was only three programs on. Actually, it was four, since I was using Movie Maker for a video I was working on. Perhaps that was the reason for it crashing. Is it okay if I just leave it alone for, say, about a few days? If not, do you have any other suggestions?
