Chinese malware after installing a game

I've installed a game on my computer, and then strange things started to happen, like some strange chinese app opened (uninstalled it), and there is a strange drive on the windows explorer

I dont know how to delete it, and probably it is a virus

UPDATE: I've discovered one thing, this is supposed to be a "Recovery" partition that's inside Disk 0, managed to delete it using diskpart and override, and it disappear, a few minutes after that, it appeared again

But all the same virus scan malware scan would take care of it.

The game was not a pirated game, it was MHO, so dont write if u dont know
