chinese tablet ENGE brand

I can't see the SPAM/JUNK folder in the Email App I configured to check my email. I have hosting provider and I use RoundCube to check emails via Web Browser but I don´t know why the app is not listing that folder.

Any help?

Maybe the app doesn't have a junk folder?

Namecheap support told me to configure with IMAP instead of POP ...now the folder is showing up!

this chinese tablet is very bad quality ...i have it in technical service ...android it's not loading and the power button it broken ...what a crap!!! cheap electronic from CHINA
