Chrome Ad Extension

I have a chrome extension called Save On and it creates all these ads at least 3 per website. They appear all over YouTube and other sites. I have disabled and deleted the extension numerous times in Chrome and it still comes back. I have tried looking for it in my programs to uninstall It but nothing there. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled chrome but it still came back. Wondering how to get rid of this stupid thing. Thanks

Go to a folder named like C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application\35.0.1916.153
Look for folder called Extensions. Delete files inside extensions. if that doesnt work delete the entiere folder and make a new called
Extensions with that spelling and capitalizing

Well i thought this worked but it didnt, still have the extension
