It'll eat your data like no tomorrow too.

Six months ago the Chrome browser would only use .35 GB of my data every month.

Now, in two weeks it ate .65 GB of my data. Getting a little TIRED of this Google.

The PC/Windows Chrome browser is a little less noxious with background data consumption. An extra GB hardly matters if you use broadband.

The Mobile Chrome browsers are far more greedy (and probably far more invasive) with your data. And more noticeable since (monthly) mobile data allocations are so small in comparison.
