Chrome New Tab page directs me to another page

So my new tab page in Chrome (latest version) isn't the real new tab page.

I know what it is, but how do I get rid of it? I've already checked Program Files (x86), and deleted the program, but it's still there. I also reinstalled Chrome. I'm thinking it's somewhere within Registry Editor?

Yeah, it seems that you have a malware on your PC, you're gonna want to remove that
