Chromecast not working when I select Google Play music in my cellphone. Both are connected to same network

I have Google Chrome cast. Also have Google Play music in my cellphone. But Google Play does not sync with chrome cast even though I click chrome cast icon in Google Play in my phone. What is the solution. Please help

Is your Chromecast device already connected and initialized properly? Can you use it with a Chrome browser from a PC / laptop?

It is initialised properly. I am not able to use it with a chrome browser on my p.c Please help Pl

How you know it is initialized properly if you can't use it from browser, too?
I'm sure you've read this guide, but it won't hurt if you repeat it.

Sir! I am able to cast YouTube on Chrome cast and onto my TV, also I get 1.FM.on Chrome cast. I am not able to sync Google Play music with Chrome cast. I am addicted to classic hard rock. Please help me sir
