Cloud Server Options - Windows AD, Profiles, etc

Hello everyone!

My question today is a general question. I need your input on a best solution for a growing small business. Currently, there are 13 employees... all with macOS as the daily driver. I'm trying to change this but it seems a battle long-lost on the company.

But...

I am trying to find an online directory service to use for computer logins. Ive successfully been able to create an on-premise windows server and bind a mac to the AD for machine logins. So my thought is to move this to the cloud (because we have two locations). I know there are several online windows server hosting solutions, but I really don't know exactly what I'm looking for. So here are my basic needs:

• 
  Active directory, users, groups, etc
  Simple File Sharing with permissions (behaves much like a dropbox or online drive would for fast file access)

Here are the more advanced needs we might need in the foreseeable future:

• 
  Roaming profiles for sign on wherever
  Image deployment for new users

Can you point me in the right direction? I don't want to get to a service that has too little or too much. I need something appropriate for our company size and growth.
