Compare CPU and SSD memory with same RAM

I want to compare two different pc's:

One is a Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon 2nd generation with:CPU: Intel Core i7 4600u 2.10GHz
RAM: 8GB DDR3
HDD: SSD 256GB SATA

and the other is a Lenovo L640 with:
CPU: Intel Core i5 (6th Gen) 6200U / 2.3 GHz
RAM: 8GB
HDD: SSD 500GB

Which one do you think is the best?

The i7 has slightly higher performance. I personally would go with the second one with the bigger SSD if pricing is similar.
