Computer keeps restarting at boot.

So I reformatted my harddrive and then used my recovery drive to recover my laptop, windows 8 HP ENVY 4-1130us, and it said that the computer will restart a couple times after reboot, but my computer has been restarting for 3 days now. In the boot, after the first screen with the company sign, It goes to a screen with cmd at the bottom left and a message with the date and time that says "please wait..." over a split second time, and the cmd is going through a line of codes that says windows blah blal blah/system32, does not say that system 32 is not working, but I don't know what's happening. Please if someone can help, please do.

Try performing a clean install of Windows 8 (that's if it came with a disc)


Something obviously isn't right if it cannot load the correct files

My laptop did not come with any disk, but it only came with that recovery drive that I used. And yeah there is something wrong. I am going to take it in to the place where I bought the laptop to see what is wrong and if it is a faulty recovery drive, then I'll just use the warranty to return it, repair it w/ a good recovery drive, or exhcnage it. Because I literally can;t do anything right now with the laptop, even if I try reinstalling windows 8 again, it just completely skips my flash drive.
