Computer randomly turns off and won't turn on unless I unplug it for a few seconds.

My computer randomly turned off like the power went out. tried to turn it back on and nothing happened. I unplugged it for a minute and it turned on. Yipee!! but then it happened again it has happened about 10 times in the last 4 weeks. Would this be a power supply issue or should I check something else?

The specs of computer and even more importantly, information about the PSU, would really be helpful. It can be a number of things.
