Computer speakers wontwork on computer but do on phone

Okay, so i just bought a gaming computer off of ebay. It has been working fine with the new speakers i bought. But just today the computer acted up and i had to reset the BIOS to default. Now when i play a video on full volume, it comes out fairly distorted through the left speaker and about 25% volume. Ive tried both the front and back port, and will a different pair of speakers. Ive figured its the computer or motherboard because i can plug the speakers into my phone and they work perfectly fine.

In what way? How do i reconfigure it, and what ones do i change?

Yes, it says the HD Audio is enabled

Could be the drivers. Uninstall them reinstall the drivers off the mobo site.

Or uninstall them if you installed any. See if the windows drivers are better

I uninstalled all drivers and reinstalled them. Now there isnt even sound when playing a video, just a constant high pitched sound

Lol, yes i did. Its the green one in the back, correct?

Yup just checking 😀 Well the sound will get distorted if theyre loud. Probably cant handle the volume lol

Well I did the little test sound, right? and it comes out at maybe 40% through the left speaker and not at all through the right speaker. and there is still a high pitched constant noise
