computer to RCA jacks

I want to convert my computer tower to connect to sta ndard def. Sony 50" wide screen it's a 2000 dell 5160 I think, through the RCA input in order to link my moto x smartphone through USB ports in the computer to the analog TV.

The Dell 5160 owners manual shows that you already have the connections you need for the TV. Download it here:

If you can show the phone content on the PC monitor you should be able to show it on the TV.
