confusion regarding graphic card

hi recently i buy lenovo laptop which have 6 gb ram, amd A6 processer, amd radeon R4 graphics .. is amd radeon R4 graphic is dedicated graphic on laptop. do amd A6 procsser have no integrated graphichs?
