connect SHARP smart tv to Youtube via wireless router

SORRY...My Tv is a SHARP... smart Tv connects through my wireless router and modem, to the internet because I am receiving Netflixs o.k. However, I would like to go on the net and search for sites such as Youtube, etc. and I cannot figure out how to do this. Any suggestions?

The newer Samsung smart TVs have a YouTube app, which only works well on the newer models. Another option is using a browser on the TV to go to YouTube.
