How to connect a sound bar that only has Red/White component cable audio (and yellow video for some reason), short ones like from PS2 days, to my PC which has a MSI B150M bazooka plus gaming motherboard?

Solution
The stereo audio output jack on your PC is a lime green 3.5mm jack.
If the soundbar has left (white) and right (red) audio inputs then you just need a cable with those connectors at the ends.
The availability of a video input on SB very unusual but OK, that's nice of them to allow you to switch video like an honest-to-God AVR, but that shouldn't stop you from using its audio jacks. So red and white are analog audio, you have to make sure they are for INPUT, then hey, ANY, absolutely ANY PC can output analog audio, just need the proper cable that's all, most likely 3.5mm to RCA. That's it.
