Connection problem or speaker problem?

I own a subwoofer and two speakers called go groove bass pulse. I've had them for about a month. The tweeters stopped playing sound though. When I plug the satellite speakers into an audio device by themselves they play music fine. When I plug the subwoofer into an audio device by itself is works properly. But when I plug the speeakers into the subwoofer and the subwoofer into the audio device the speakers don't play sound. It wasn't always like this, in the beginning sound came from all three components. The speakers have LED lights in them. When I plug the speakers into the subwoofer the lights come on so I know I'm recievinf power. Help? Connection issue or something else?

It would help to post the model of the subwoofer.

Sounds like the amp for the satellites in the sub cabinet aren't working.

I know this is a late response. But you were right, I brought them into the shop and told them this and they took a look and corroborated it. Thanks!
