Contacts Recovery from a dead cellphone

Hi All, is there a way to recover my contacts on my galaxy note 2?

the phone wont turn on. and all my data are stored in the internal memory.
also my data are not synced with gmail. 🙁

i needed my contacts badly 🙁 can anyone help please?

Unless you can get the old phone to power on, there is no way to gain access to the old data (contacts) in the internal memory. When you connect the Note to your PC via the USB cable, does the PC detect the phone's presence at all?
