How do I convert a 3.5mm plug to dual 3.5mm mic/audio for a pc? "Melee Xbox 360 Headphones"

Does the headset use 1 3.5mm jack for both mic and audio? If so you need one of these http/www.ebay.com/itm/3-5mm-Plug-Female-to-Dual-Mic-Audio-3-5mm-Male-Adapter-Gift-For-Computer-PC-/271105109295 (website just for eg purpose of what you need)

The plug is a 3.5mm TRRS which goes into the headset and the other plug at the end of the cord is a 3.5mm TRS, so i sorta thought i needed a dual 3.5mm TRRS with splitter in order to get it work with a pc.
