convert a android Smart tv box into a working pc?

hi guys i was wondering would it be possible to install desktop windows onto a android Smart tv box ?

running a quad core and 1 gb ddr3 ram
there are 2 usb ports i could use as a mouse and keyboard and a hdmi port for the display.
just curious as we are about to change out our office pc's and these are perfect for space and keeping it neat
