I have ripped all my CDs to uncompressed WAV but I need them as MP3s as well.
Since they are all ordered and labeled, is there a software which could do the conversion while keeping the tracks info and recreate directories?

Solution
There are many such converter's available online.

What you are seeking is a product that will batch process your music folders/files.

Something similar to this product (example only):

http://download.cnet.com/Ultimate-WAV-to-MP3-Converter/3000-2140_4-76454497.html

The reality is that you will most likely need to try two or three products (if not more) to identify one that meets all of your requirements; user interface, performance, audio fidelity, etc..

Some products may try to sneak in other utilities or perhaps limit your use in some manner. Freeware products especially. Support may be limited if there is any support at all.

Be sure to back everything up and save the back up offline should things go bad as you test candidate...
