Convertin .WAV to .RSO

I'm trying to convert a .WAV sound file to a .RSO (for LEGO NXT) audio file. I was told that the wav2rso program should do the trick, but I can't seem to get it to work. I select the file I want converted within the program, verify the destination, but when I click convert, the program locks up and never does anything. I've tried to run the program in administrator and compatibility mode, but that doesn't help any.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

What format is the .wav file? Microsoft supports many types of .wav files, but the converter software might not support them all.
