Converting 3.5mm microphone to plug into USB port on Raspberry Pi

Hey Guys,

I am working on building an audio translator on the Raspberry Pi but the only Mic I own currently is an older one from the headset Mic combination that came with my Xbox 360 when I bought it. I opened up the headset and found the wires connecting to the Mic but it is set up to work with a 3.5mm jack. I was wondering if anyone knew how to convert this to connect with a USB port so I could plug it into the raspberry pi?
