Anyone had same problem?Any solution?

Solution
If the phone has been on a long time (not restarted in a while) then it can cause that. It could also be caused by bad data service, low data service (speed slower), bad WiFi (if doing through WiFi connection), etc.

Any apps running on the phone at all during can cause it to react. And if there is anything on the phone that shouldn't be, virus, malware, bad app, etc., that can interfere.
I am a tad confused. Are you saying when you turn it on (power it on from being off) it freezes after a minute or two and you have to restart (power it off and back on) to get it working again, or are you saying that it is already on (been on) and then when you use it sometimes it will freeze and you have to restart it?

Also, is this happening only with games and browser, or other things as well?

That is quite normal. When you have been running apps on the phone, even if you close them (not minimize or just go to another app) they use up the phones resources. These are not totally freed up until the phone is turned off or restarted. So, depending on how long it is on and how much has been used/run, having it start to freeze can be expected. Especially if you are playing games often or leave many apps open (active in them or not).

A way to avoid it would be to regularly restart (fully power off and then back on) the phone.

Then what about Google Play Store updates,no app in background, just updates and still receive freeze and restart, and some times after restart message that say app is not updated....
