Could my pc handle GTA 5?

Hello, sorry for asking this question, but I'm not that good with pc's.
So can my pc handle GTA 5?

Video Card: AMD Radeon R7 200 Series (I'm not exactly sure which one is it)
CPU: AMD FX(tm)-8150 Eight-Core Processor (3.6 GHz)
RAM: 8.2 GB
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate Edition 64 bit

I tried using can you run it to test some games, but it said I don't meet the recomended requirements. Turned out i could play them with some lag spikes, because of the anti-aliasing(I'm talking about BF4)

You don't meet the recommended requirements, but you do clear the minimum, I believe. You'll likely need to turn down many of the graphics settings to get it to a playable frame rate.
