CPU and DISK runinning at 100%

Hi, i bought this laptop yesterday and it has been over running without doing anything, when i open the task manager it shows that disk is being used at 100% which sometimes drops to 50% but goes up fast at 100% and keeps staying like that, also i noticed that CPU mostly is running at 100% which causes fan to work continuously.

Probably updating pre-installed junk in the background. Leave it on for a few hours and see if it restarts and calms down.
It would also be helpful to track down WHAT process is kicking the CPU/disk usage up in task manager.

It is likely indexing.
Or, it could be looking for updates.

In time, activity should subside.

Laptops make much money by pushing out trialware and other bloatware.

One of the first things to do is to uninstall what you do not want.
To protect against inadvertent deletion of something important, take a system checkpoint before doing anything.
