Games using 100% of Cpu while gpu usage is at 50% on my laptop.
Specifications:-
Core i5 7200U
8Gb ddr4 Ram
Nvidia gt 940MX

Solution
Your cpu running at over 80*c will cause it to throttle the cpu speed to try and cool its self. Make sure you play on a flat surface and or get a cooling pad to help force cool air into the laptop to help cool it.

That's typically one of the signs of a bottlenecked gpu.

What games are you trying to run? CPU intensive games (like GTA5) might see results like this, but GPU intensive games (like Witcher III) shouldn't see this type of resource usage.

Sir I was getting 20 FPS in Gta V on a PC with core 2 E4300 and Gt610 on the lowest settings but on this laptop which I believe is quite better than that pc I get only around 25 in Gta V on the same settings.

A good place to start in moving your settings down is shadow detail and anti-aliasing. Both of those don't add too much to a game, but they do take a hefty amount of resources

Sir my cpu seems to over 80C even at 40% usage. And it cannot be any dust or something like that as it has only been a day that I bought this laptop. Yes, sir I agree that laptop cpu has lower TDP. I wanted to ask what is the bottleneck in these two: 940mx Gddr5 2Gb or i5 7200U

Hey I'm a year late and some change but to reduce your cpu ussage up your graphics settings to higher than normal. Like try playing at 1440p if you get better fps you have a cpu bottle neck. I had this problem with my earl 2000s quad core and an rx 470 but cranking things up turned out to be great.
