from the sound of the fan
and when i start task manager i see 90% of cpu usage for one second before it disappear

This might sound weird but:
Delete notepdad.exe from windows32 (nothing else if you want ur computer to survive)
Download notepad++, use that instead (or use no txt editor)
Problem should be fixed

I honestly don't know, but it fixed the problem for other people.
Maybe a malicious program hiding in notepad, would be a good strategy for a virus maker, cause no one would suspect notepad of being the problem.

because that not one of the op issue.
just because you read some where that one time notepad issue, doesn't mean tell people to delete stuff.

I don't really get it, the grammar is too bad, but I can say you notepad fixed it for a lot of people

I had that too. Emsisoft found a trojan. Nothing else did even when I knew where it was. It was invisible to explorer.

Just written loads on another post about best anti-virus... none are best imo!
