CPU + GPU Comparison

Hello, I'm looking for budget gaming on a laptop, and I wanted to know which configuration was better in my price range. It doesn't matter what I want to run at the moment. I'm just looking for what will bring better performance overall.

i5 4200M + gt740m with 2GB GDDR5
i7 4700MQ + gt740m with 2GB DDR3

as far as I know, the gt 740M is only available with DDR3 memory. So I'd get the 4700MQ
