I've just build new rig, Gigabyte GA-MA785GT-UD3H, AMD AthlonIIX2 550 BE, G-Skill F3-12800 CL9D-2GBNQ, MSI 5750 PM2D1G. I think I just success to unlock this to X4 B50, the problem is, when it's still in x2 the cpu temperature from hw monitor is show 51 celcius. The same temperature show the same when I unlock it to X4. The stock cooler run in 5000rpm. Is it normal, anyone give me the solution please..

Well, I never recommend a stock PSU. They are usually the most unreliable, and are under powered. They also don't ten to have a constant amperage on the 12V rails.

Now, back your original question. If you bought a new cooler, you wouldn't necc. have to buy a new power supply. But I'd recommend it anyway

50C is a little high, the temperature should not change unless you're changing voltages and load. My sister's Phenom II X4 955 runs at 32C idle, 36C before applying Arctic Silver 5, around 55C at load. I suggest you reapply thermal paste or get a better cpu cooler.. especially if you are overclocking it

Those temps are too high for a stock 550. My 550 at 3.1 runs 26c IDLE/35c LOAD.

With stock cooler it will do 34c IDLE/44c LOAD...

What case do you have?

Thermaltake A1?

What you need is a CPU cooler. Since you are running your CPU stock I would recommend a Freezer 64. It will keep your CPU under 45c and it won't break the bank.

One of my PC's has a 64 as well, here is a short video so you can see how it performs :

This is another great cooler as well :

I search that two cooler, but I can't find it in my city.. I live in the small city u know. The thermaltek A1 its the only one that I can find. So I bought it with $33 this day.. First after I replace my stock cooler with TT A1, in bios the cpu tempperature drop to 42 degree from 52 degree with the stock. The Fan spin at 1900rpm from 5000rpm with the stock... But after I login to my windows, I cross check it with Easy Tuner6, it report that my cpu temperature is 46 until 49 degree....... How about that?
