Craig's 2.1 soundbar.....Cht978 model 37"sound bar and Bluetooth

I have it all hooked up right not long having it.one day listening to my music from the Bluetooth the sound goes out.now lights all show just no sound at all

Does the built in radio work? If not then the soundbar is broken. If it does work then:
Try pairing it with your phone again.
Try it with another source.
Try it with the aux input.
