Hello,i HAVE A CREATIVE WEB CAM MODEL # P D 1030 AND I NEED THE DRIVERS FOR VISTA ULTIMATE 64 BIT OS FOR FREE
AND IT IS IN A DELL LATITUDE E 5500 LAPTOP

As per the Dell site, your Laptop supports 32 Bit OS only, and drivers a re provided only for 32-bit OS.
You can get All the drivers for Vista 32 bit from here!
