Crystal Reports Database Connection Error: HY000

Hello, I am getting an error message when trying to login to my reports. It says "Database connector error hy000 incorrect password or user name.

I definitely know my password and user name so not sure why this is just now happening.

Any help would be great because it doesn't seem like there is any phone number to contact with questions or support

No, it says an error so I think I need my password reset but no one seems to know how to do that.

What do you mean no one seem to know how to do that? you mean your IT support?
What the database source? mssql? mysql? oracle?
