i have an intel pentium n3530 quad core and i want to know if i can run CS:GO smoothly on this. please help

Are you kidding? My friend has the same specs as you. Pentium core will run at max 10 FPS. If you have 4GB DDR3 or 4, you're wasting your money. Do some research. Pentium came out in the 1990s. If you want a smooth gaming experience, I recommend an Intel i5 or i7 7 or 8th Gen, with 8GB DDR4. That would ensure you a solid 30-40 FPS.
