Csgo only using >5% cpu power

I7-7700hq gtx 1060 6gb 16 gb ram
Csgo only giving 100 fps on all low while barely using the cpu

Many games don't need much CPU processing. The fact Csgo is dependent mainly on the GPU isn't all surprising.
