Only the usual:

reinstall the GeForce drivers
reinstall CS
reinstall DirectX (DX8 was just released)

Hey,

Just a note: When using Nvidia chipsets with Cstrike, I notice text problems when running in D3D. Try running in OpenGL. If its happening in OpenGL, change your drivers. I noticed certain versions of the Det 3 drivers were doing exactly whats happening to you in Xwing Alliance.
Good luck, and keep me posted.

Hey,

Try the 7.17 beta drivers. They have been getting great marks, and are seemingly designed for DX8.
