Curious about my MOBO and a headset

I have a ASRock H97 Pro4 Motherboard and I wanted to know if the sound board on that motherboard is enough for Sennheiser GSP 300? or should I go for the GSP 350?

Unless you're a huge audiophile (and guessing not, based on the suggested headsets), the onboard audio should be sufficient for most users.

No, all that interests me is a decent headset and mic (which based on all the reviews i've seen and everything people said) the mic on this headset seems pretty clear and good... the only game in which I really care about the sounds is Rainbow 6
