Cursor jumps around, deletes or highlights at random

ASUS notebook with mouse, ■ without mouse or standiing on head!

Looks like this if I type more then one character a second

Sounds like the keyboard is damaged or has some gunk holding down one of the keys ... but not a character key ... this causes other keys to produce weird results and slows down the response. Clean the keyboard and try to identify which key is causing the issue. You might need t o replace the keyboard.
