Hello, I want to build a subwoofer and after checking Parts Express I found this 2 subs but I can't decide which one is the best itself.

I decided that I want to use a 10" subwoofer and I saw these:

GRS: https://www.parts-express.com/grs-10sw-4-10-poly-cone-subwoofer-4-ohm--292-482

Dayton Audio: https://www.parts-express.com/dayton-audio-sd270a-88-10-dvc-subwoofer--295-486

After checking the specs and overall build quality I see that both are good, but they have one difference, PRICE.

Since I live in Europe, the shipping costs and taxes and expensive so the GRS is 50€ and the Dayton Audio is 85-90€.

My question to you guys is, should I invest 40€ more on the Dayton Audio or is the GRS a good subwoofer? (I can squeeze some money for the dayton but if the GRS is good I preffer to save some money and spend on other parts).

Thank you!

Vasco

On the contrary, the Home Audio forum is totally appropriate for the questions being asked by the thread-starter.
There is absolutely no need to repost or move it.
