Deciding between two laptops

I'm looking for a new laptop that will be able to play games like Borderlands 2. I don't mind too much playing on medium or low settings as long as the game is playable. Other than that, it would only be used for web browsing, Microsoft Office, and mild video editing I'm on a pretty tight budget, $550 or less. I'm not an expert, but I think I found two computers that may fit the bill.

Acer aspire simply cause of the AMD Radeon HD 7670M

If you're going to be gaming, then the Acer would be better. AMD's APU graphics will be much better than the Intel HD 4000.

Yeah, you want the Acer for games.

The Intel CPU significantly more powerful than AMD APU in terms of processing power, but the Radeon HD is a significantly more powerful graphics card than the Intel HD 4000. Therefore, games will perform better on the Acer.
