Dell 15 5567 vs Lenovo 310 141kb

Hi guys! I'm having a hard time choosing which to buy between these two laptops. The first is:
Dell 15 5567
-core i5-7200u
-amd radeon r7 m445 2gb ddr5
-8gb ddr4 ram

The second one is:
Lenovo 310 141kb
-core i5-7200u
-nvidia geforce 920mx 2gb ddr3
-8gb ddr4 ram

On paper, the lenovo sounds better because of it's nvidia gpu in contrast with dell's amd. But I heard that lenovo laptops are crap in quality but Dells are one of the best.

I'm going to use the laptop for engineering school, light editing and light gaming. Which is the best laptop for me in terms with the balance of build quality and specs?

The Radeon R7 M445 is overall more powerful than the 920mx being somewhat slower than the 940m.

What other laptops that may be better depends on your budget.
