Dell 1545 keeps on not finding hdd

On this Dell 1545 I swapped out the original hdd to a Mushkin SDD because the laptop wouldn't recognize the hdd during boot or in BIOS. Well I installed OS to new SDD and it worked for about a month then the same problem started, no hdd during boot or BIOS. Well now it just happened again (lasted about 3 weeks). So I am trying to see what you think is the problem the SSD or maybe SATA connection on mobo. Thanks for any help.

Sorry to post this now, but I have tried to reseat the SSD many times with same error.
