" Memory write/read failure at 380196B8. read EE01EE21 expecting EE01EE01. To resolve this issue, try to reseat the memory. Decreasing available memory

Solution
One or more of the RAM (memory) sticks is faulty and needs replacing.

Find out which stick has errors by testing with Memtest86 on a bootable CD.
The CD image for creating bootable CD (ISO) is here: http://www.memtest86.com/download.htm#free

On a working computer you can use ImgBurn to create the bootable CD from the CD image:
http://filehippo.com/download_imgburn

When you've made the CD, boot your laptop from it and Memtest will load & start running automatically.
Any RAM errors will usually be shown within the first 3 or 4 passes.
Press <Escape> to stop the test at any point.

If two or more RAM sticks are being tested, test them one at a time (by removing the other sticks) so that you know which one needs replacing.
