Hi, I bought this laptop open box less than a month ago from NewEgg. Today I was sleep deprived on my way to college and my backpack (which had the laptop in it) fell about 2 feet. When i booted it up in class, it made a very prominent clicking noise from the upper left side if you're looking at the back.
This is the first time i've heard it, so i shut down and booted up again, but no noise occurred. Is it possible that the backpack falling has impacted my laptop's internals?
I have my Dell warranty active but it's only the one that came with the laptop, I didn't pay anything extra - would that be any help if I have problems?
There are a bunch of 7559's, so my specs are:
-i7 6770HQ
-GTX 960M
-1 TB HDD
-4k touchscreen
I hope i provided all info necessary. If there's still anything unclear, please let me know! I'm new so hopefully i put this in the right section.
Thanks all
Aag
