Dell Inspiron 15r 5010 LCD wont turn on after ram, processor, and SSD Upgrade.

I've been working on this laptop now for about a day, and I'm running into trouble. The LCD is blank, and the fan seems to turn at max rpms without any beep codes. I'm thinking it has something to do with the processor, but now I'm worried that it may need to be "Reflowed". I've already checked the beep codes when it did beep (in the past) 4 times. That code was for Ram. I can give more info just ask.

Was thermal compound cleaned off the heatsink and replaced with fresh? It sounds offhand as though thermal compound was not replaced or was replaced incorrectly (it's actually easy to do)
