Dell Inspiron 3542 sound problem

My speakers don't work i tried to see what the problem is with the control panel and it says there's no problem that the speakers are good. when i plug my headphones or an aux cable works perfectly. Please help me i don't know what else to do..
i perform following steps..
1-uninstall the device through device manager..
2-set speaker as default...
but problem is still..
at last i install my window again but problem is still...
what i do?

i have facing same problem and done all steps you suggest..i reinstall my window too..but problem is still..in addition sound on headphone is working properly but speakers make no sound..help me..

Try to downgrade from device manager the audio driver.My dell is ispiron 7000 but i had similar problem and now i fixed
