Hello everybody!
Here's my issue, i'm running a dual boot windows 8.1 and windows 10 without any trouble or at least I was a few hours ago. I normally use windows 8 but i decided to check if there were new builds for update my windows 10 preview. There weren't any, so I turned off my computer, and when it restarted i got a quick BSOD and a restart, I couldn't even read it so i taped it and it said:

"DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (iaStorAV.sys)"

It kept restarting again and again, same bsod and same restart except it sometimes said "preparing automatic repair" but I would get the same error. I worked around something like this some time ago by plugging a bootable windows 8.1 drive and accesing advanced boot options and it all fixed by itself, but that was a month and a half ago, now when i try to do that I get the same BSOD. I've also tried accessing the bootable usb in safe mode and same thing.

I have a dell inspiron 14z, i7, amd radeon 7570m, 8gb ram and 500 gb hd. Please i'm begging you to help me i don't wanna reset everything because i lost my driver cd that came with the laptop but if it's the only way then ok, even though i can't access in any way the command prompt to clean the drive.

iaStorAV.sys = Intel Rapid Storage Technology SATA RAID Controller driver.

not sure why you would be running it, I would check your BIOS and make sure your SATA controller is set the the mode you want.
(raid, SATA (IDE/AHCI) ) I would think the default would be AHCI (Advanced Host Controller Interface )

if you can boot you might want to update the intel driver from the intel websited, if you can not boot, I would go into BIOS and try the other sata modes and see if it was just changed from its original setting.
