My dell laptop is not getting started the window after dell logo is just showing... REBOOT AND SELECT PROPER BOOT DEVICE OR INSERT BOOT MEDIA IN SELECTED BOOT DEVICE

Hi,

It seems like your HDD is not being detected. Here are some troubleshooting steps that may help.
- First, load into BIOS and check if the HDD is listed or not.
- If the HDD is listed I would suggest reinstalling Windows using a disc.
- But if the HDD is not listed I would suggest to reseat the HDD.
- Turn the laptop completely off, remove the HDD for a second then put it back in then test it again.
- If it will still not work last option would be to replace the HDD itself.
