dell latitude 820 won't boot and beeps twice

Start up screen flashs an immediatley goes away. Bad battery?

cmos beep code telling you there a hardware failure. could be ram or video failure. if the unit has a 3 party amd or nvidia gpu I would remove the battery and power flip the unit over and reseat your ram and gpu card if you can get to it.
