Solved! Dell Latitude E5430 battery problem

I have the second-hand Dell Latitude E5430 laptop. The battery (60Wh capacity) works about 2h (playing the movie from the pendrive). The charging time is 2-3h. The operating system (Windows 10 x64) shows the systematic decrease of battery energy from 100% to 30-35% (when the laptop works). Next, the battery indicator rapidly jumps to 7%. Is it possible to correct or calibrate the battery indicator?

It is a lot more likely that you need a new battery than you need to calibrate it. The power manager software would have a calibration for the battery if there is one.

Why? The battery isn't new, but 2h is enough for me.

Yeah you may need a new battery. Once you replace this, it SHOULDN'T be able to bother you again. This happened on my Dell Inspiron 6000, and on my Lenovo Thinkpad T400
